Cutty's

I just discovered Cutty's last week. I think it came to Brookline recently, like maybe the last year or so, but I'm not quite sure.
Cutty's is located in Brookline Village, very near town hall. It was fast, easy, and everyone raved about the food they got. (A bunch of teachers at a workshop on a lunch break. Sound familiar?) You can eat there (though it has very limited seating) or order easy take-out.

This is how Cutty's describes itself on the website:
"Cutty’s is a fast casual restaurant that sells inexpensive premium-quality breakfast and lunch fare, Monday through Saturday. The menu includes skillfully crafted sandwiches, ultra-fresh salads, seasonal soups, homemade snacks and cookies. The menu features seasonal / local / organic ingredients whenever possible and packaging is always ecofriendly."

I got the carrot and chickpea salad (by accident) and it really surprised me how delicious and filling it was. The next day I got the wheat berry and beet salad, another hit. Other teachers raved about the roast beef and ham.

AND GOOD, GOOD DEALS!
Both salads were $3.75
Sandwiches:
Roast Beef 1000 (slow-roasted beef, crispy shallots, 1000 island, cheddar, brioche) was $7.95
Ham Pimento (niman ranch ham, pimento cheese spread, sweet pickles, baguette) was $6.65
